My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). I assist my clients in learning and developing progressive thoughts to help identify and attain goals. Clients gain the ability to better interpret their environment and relationships in a positive manner through restructuring and mindfulness.
